Gekko is a free and open source Bitcoin automatic trading and backtesting bot that connects to popular Bitcoin & other cryptomoney exchanges. It is written in javascript and runs on nodejs.

Writing a Gekko strategy require both a good knowledge of programming in javascript and also a strong understanding of how the markets operate. Handling with technical and market indicators is a full time job. Luckily, our gekko tamers share their experience with you and sell you their strategies.

Gekko supports 23 different exchanges (like Kraken, Bitfinex, Bitstamp and Poloniex). You choose on which exchange you want to run your strategy.

Use Gekko at your own risk.

A strategy is a javascript file that defines the behaviour that Gekko has to adopt on the markets.

It usually uses several technical and financial indicators to make decisions (buy or sell).

A strategy goes along with its investor depending on the risks s/he is willing to take.

GekkO StrAteGies is a French company registered at le repertoire des Entreprises et des Etablissements and compiling with French laws.

Gekko Tamers are how we call the programmers that code strategies for the bitcoin and cryptocurrency trading bot gekko.

These strategies are then checked by GekKo-Strategies.com and made available for sale on our website.

The strategies for sale on Gekko-Strategies.com are checked and verified by us. We then make one or several backtests and certify the results.

Past performances and volatilities are no guarantee of future ones and are not constant over time. GekkO StrAteGies advise against running the strategies on live market.

A backtest is the operation consisting on running a strategy on a set of market data.

Basically, it simulates how the strategy would have done on this period of time. The result of the backtest is the profit (or the loss) that would have been done if the given strategy would have been running on the market.
